I'm 22, and working as a Network Engineer for a medium-sized company. I enjoy what I do, and make $50, 000 a year, which is fair since my job is relatively easy. I have a college degree in Information Systems. My question is.. "Is it worth it to "self teach" myself python, and go for a Junior Developer job in the future? Basically I like my job, but I feel like my position will be "automated away" in the near future.... If you could do it all over, which section of IT would you choose? I'm leaning towards learning code, since it appears there are more job openings, and a greater ability to "work from home. " This would be awesome for me, as I have worked from home for the past 9 months... Update: Thanks for all the advice friends! Currently, I got very lucky, and work with a team that I like. I will be learning Python moving forward and will continue to explore all opportunities within IT. I do not mind having on-call responsibilities. My job consists of managing Cisco Call Manager servers.

More than 300, 000 people visit the aquarium each year. A visit to the Aquarium is the ultimate dry snorkeling experience. Check out the pulsating sea jellies, so clear you can see what they've been eating. Look a shark in the eye. You'll find them in the "Hunters on the Reef" exhibit, a 35, 000-gallon tank that houses Hawaiian sharks and jacks. Behold a critically endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal, an animal that sometimes weighs in at 600 pounds and is nearing extinction. The Edge of the Reef exhibit showcases five different types of reef environments found along Hawaii's shorelines. The Reef Machine, a state of the art aquarium system, demonstrates how scientists attempt to simulate nature. There is an interactive coral exhibit and a giant clam display. Expect to spend some time at this small, but thoroughly entertaining, aquarium. Years ago author Jack London described his experience at the aquarium as a "wonderful orgy of color and form. " It just keeps getting better. The Aquarium is open every day, except Christmas and New Year's Day, from 9 a. m. to 5 p. There is a small charge for admission.

But you also don't want to sound ungrateful for the opportunities you had in your previous role, or come off like you're still bitter about how you left things with your last employer. It can be challenging to explain why you decided to leave your last position without throwing your old company under the bus. But if answered thoughtfully, this question can help you highlight your flexibility and self-awareness. To help you nail this question at your next interview, we rounded up nine reasons for leaving your last job that hiring managers will completely understand.
